Monorail Weight pockets for use with a Buoyancy Compensator Device (BCD). The pockets come in two sizes, standard and mini. Available in eight colours, including black, blue, green, orange, pink, teal, white and yellow.
Why it was recalled
The plastic D-ring handle that is used to unlock the weight pocket from the BCD can detach during use and prevent the weight pocket being removed from the BCD when rising to the surface.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury and death by drowning if the weight pocket cannot be removed whilst diving or in an emergency from the BCD. Incidents of the D-ring detaching on land have occurred.
