Why it was recalled
A manufacturing defect has been identified with the lithium battery.
Hazard
The defect may result in the product overheating and potentially catching fire. This could happen where products are left connected to vehicle batteries after a vehicle is started or where the products are stored in or subjected to high-temperature conditions. A fire could result in property damage, personal injury, or death.
