Product does not comply with clauses 5.24.5 (torque test) and 5.24.6 (tension test) of Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 of 2003 — Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to and including 36 months of age.

Small parts may be liberated and pose a potential choking or ingestion hazard for small children.
