The dummy and clip set does not comply with the mandatory standard for baby dummies and dummy chains . The decorations may detach from the dummy and clip. The dummy’s chain is too long.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury or death from choking or suffocation if a baby places the detached decorations in their mouth. Risk of serious injury or death from strangulation if the dummy’s chain wraps around a baby’s neck
