The ‘Owl Sound’ whistle is a simple two tone hoot-sounding whistle that can sound like an owl or a cuckoo. It was one of 5 instruments supplied in the "Early Years Starter Basket" and has not been supplied separately in Australia.
Why it was recalled
The mouthpiece may separate from the instrument while in use.
