Why it was recalled
The rattles and teethers are of shape and size smaller than permitted dimensions. The items do not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).
Hazard
Rattles and teethers that are of a shape and size that can enter a child's throat may present a choking hazard.
