Why it was recalled
This product does not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The elephant playing piece has a small cardboard disc which should have been removed from the nose during the manufacturing process. The disc can separate from the card and become a hazardous small part.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury or death from choking if the cardboard disc separates from the card and a child swallows it.
