Oball Rattle

Sold from January 2016. The rattle has one clear plastic rattle chamber with all orange beads and a date code starting with the letter "T". The affected date codes are: T3065, T0486, T1456, T2316 and T2856. The date code is located on a small triangle on the inner surface of the rattle. The affected products have a product number of 81031.
Why it was recalled
The rattle chamber may open during use.
Hazard
If this occurs, small parts can be released. Small parts can present a choking hazard to children under 3 years of age.
