The garments are not labelled with the required fire safety warnings. The garments do not comply with the mandatory standard for children's sleepwear and limited daywear, AS/NZS 1249:2003, as amended by the regulation.
Hazard
Incorrect labels could result in consumers being unaware of the correct fire danger rating of these garments. They may pose a fire hazard if they come into contact with an exposed flame.
