Novelty music toy containing a button battery, included with Hot Chocolate Design branded shoes.
Why it was recalled
The product does not comply with the mandatory standards for button/coin batteries . The button/coin battery are not adequately secured and are accessible to young children. The product does not include the required warning information.
Hazard
There is a risk of choking, severe internal burn injuries or death to young children if they gain access to the batteries and swallow them or place them inside their bodies. Severe or fatal injuries can happen in 2 hours or less. Consumers may be unaware that the product contains button batteries.
