Why it was recalled
The votive candle holder may catch alight as a candle burns down to the base, and remain alight longer than permitted in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) Permanent Ban on Combustible Candle Holders
Hazard
If defective, there is a possibility that the resin votive holder may cause a fire, or cause burns and if a fire is a cause there is a possibility of serious injury or death.
