The garments do not carry the fire hazard information label as required by the mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Children's Nightwear and Limited Daywear and Paper Patterns for Children's Nightwear) Safety Standard 2017'. The garments were previously the subject of a recall on 23 February 2017 (PRA 2017/15914) for failing to meet the mandatory standard for children's nightwear burning behaviour requirements.
