Why it was recalled
Affected products may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The small hanging beads can become detached during play creating small parts.
Hazard
There is a risk of choking, suffocation or death to young children if they put the detached small parts into their mouth. Incidents have occurred where beads came off.
