Why it was recalled
There is a permanent ban on small high-powered magnets . This product contains small, high-powered magnets that exceed the maximum allowable magnetic flux set by the ban.
Hazard
Risk of serious internal injuries or death if a child swallows more than one small high-powered magnet as they can stick together across the walls of the child's intestine or other digestive tissue. There is also a risk of young children choking on the magnets.
