The packaging does not comply with mandatory health warnings introduced to protect public health and safety.
Hazard
The required graphic health warnings have been specifically developed to assist in preventing deaths and injuries attributable to tobacco products by preventing uptake or relapse and encouraging cessation of tobacco use. Tobacco smoking and consumption is one of Australia’s leading causes of preventable deaths and disease, and it is estimated that it continues to kill over 15,000 Australians each year.
