Outdoor baby/toddler swing. A T-bar and straps hold the child in place and can be removed as the child grows. The swing has a pale pink seat and a dark pink T-bar with a 'Little Tikes' logo. The ropes on the swing are yellow. The model number 615573 is molded into the back of the swing seat, along with a manufacturing date code. Manufacturing time period of November 2009 through December 1, 2013 only. Affected swings can be identified via a date code stamp on the product.
Why it was recalled
The plastic seat can crack or break, posing a fall hazard.
Hazard
The swing may break causing the child to fall and risk injuries. There have been no reported complaints or injuries in Australia at the time of publishing, but a small number of reports of swings breaking and injuries have been reported overseas.
