Small magnets can separate from the medal and become a choking hazard for young children.
Hazard
Risk of serious internal injuries or death if a child swallows more than one high-powered magnet as they stick together in the child’s intestine or other digestive tissue. Risk of serious injury or death from choking if young children try to swallow them.
