The item fails to comply with the requirements of the ban on combustible candle holders, Consumer Protection Notice No.12 of 2011. The wooden frame is too small and directly adjacent to the flame of the tea light.
Hazard
The wooden frame may overheat and become flammable and poses as a potential fire hazard.
