Weighted plush bear with zipper closure. Contains removable heart which can be heated or cooled for extra comfort. Only bears with zipper closures are affected. Bears with velcro closures are not affected by this recall.
Why it was recalled
This product may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The zipper slider may detach and become a choking hazard.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury or death from choking if a young child swallows the zipper slider.
