Why it was recalled
The product contained button batteries which were not adequately secured, so the button batteries in the product may be easily accessible.
Hazard
If young children gain access to the button batteries and ingest them, they may suffer internal burn injuries, which can result in serious illness and even death. In addition, the batteries may pose a choking hazard to young children. Insertion of button batteries into a body orifice such as ears and nose can also lead to significant injuries.
