Why it was recalled

Garmin has discovered an issue involving software on GHP Reactor Autopilots that may cause the unit memory to become corrupted and inoperative.

Hazard

In very rare circumstances, the Autopilot may behave unexpectedly, including performing an 'abrupt' manoeuvre.
