The part number label is marked on a bracket mounted next to the tow hitch housing.
Why it was recalled
In some cases the Lexus detachable towing hitch may develop a crack when under severe mechanical stress.
Hazard
The detachable towing hitch may fracture, posing a hazard to drivers and other road users.
