Fixed webbing seatbelt buckle for vehicle

Product

Fixed webbing buckle seatbelt. An aftermarket seatbelt buckle that may have been fitted as a replacement part during vehicle repair. Affected manufacturing dates: 1 July 2023 – 23 October 2023 Part numbers begin with '1765'. See the attached part number list for all affected part numbers. Part numbers can be found on the underside of the seatbelt’s label. Some part numbers listed here are also recalled under PRA 2021/19247 . Check recall PRA 2021/19247 to see if your product is affected.

Why it was recalled

The stitching of the seatbelt may come apart and separate from the buckle.

Hazard

There is a risk of serious injury or death as the seatbelt may not properly restrain an occupant in the event of a car accident.
