Carbon fork blades with alloy steerer tube. Sold through Bicycle Retail stores from October 2009. Affected forks have the serial number on steerer tube - FEFO04-AC.
Why it was recalled
Bicycle fork may crack at the steerer and become detached from the handlebars and bicycle.
Hazard
Detachment of the fork from the handlebars and the bicycle may result in injury.
