Why it was recalled
The product does not comply with the labelling requirements of the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The puzzle mat does not have the required safety warning label.
Hazard
The puzzle mat may be used incorrectly without the required safety warning label. If foam pieces break off, they could cause a choking or suffocation hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death.
