The dummy chain does not comply with the Australian mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Babies Dummies and Dummy Chains) Safety Standard 2017'. The chain length does not meet the specifications of the standard.
Hazard
The dummy chain may get caught around an infant/child's throat and pose a strangulation hazard.
