The affected product is the detachable wall plug portion of the AC power adapter supplied with Medela Swing, Medela Swing Maxi, Medela Swing Essentials, Medela Swing Premium and Medela Freestyle Breastpumps. The wall plug can be detached from the AC adapter, as shown in the attached photograph. Identifying features description Model and serial numbers for the AC power adapter can be found on the front of the adapter. Model and serial numbers for the pumps can be found under the battery cover of the pump.
