Click TV wall mounting bracket - Model No. CLED1340 (OLN7239). Two metal disks are attached to the wall, the black plastic pieces are attached to the TV, then the TV is hung on the disks via the wire.
Why it was recalled
The plastic mounts at either end of the wire may fail, resulting in the wire detaching from the mount.
Hazard
A television hooked on the wall bracket may fall from the wall, posing a risk of serious injury.
