Wreath-shaped candle holders in the following colours: Pink and gold (article 689023) Green and silver (article 689054) White and green (article 609304) Red and green (article 609303) Article number can be found on the back of the box. Extended sales period from 21 September 2017 to 15 February 2019.
Why it was recalled
The wreath surrounding the candle holder could catch fire and remain alight longer than permitted by the permanent ban 'Consumer Protection Notice No.12 of 2011 - Permanent ban on combustible candle holders'.
Hazard
Potential burns or fire causing property damage. Serious injury or death could occur.
