Chamomile-Rose Hydrating Essence 50mL (expiration dates between 31 August 2021 - 28 February 2023) Herbal Recovery Antioxidant Face Oil 50mL (expiration dates between 31 August 2021 - 31 July 2022) Only certain batches of the above products are affected. See attached batch number list of manufacture and expiration dates of affected products. Products supplied after 10 November 2020 are not affected.
Why it was recalled
The products do not comply with the requirements of the 'Trade Practices (Consumer Product Information Standards) (Cosmetics) Regulations 1991'. The product does not have the correct mandatory ingredient label and may contain incorrect ordering and/or missing ingredients identified on the label.
Hazard
Users may be exposed to ingredients they are sensitive or allergic to. If a user suffers an adverse reaction they will not be able to check the ingredients list to identify the possible cause and seek appropriate treatment.
