Why it was recalled
The screws connecting the legs to the frame can become loose and may detach when a baby or toddler is seated with or without the baby set accessory of the highchair.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury from falling if the chair detaches from the frame while in use. There have been incidents and an injury involving babies.
