Breville Fast Slow Cooker Identifying features description Production date code (PDC) 1034 – 1511 inclusive. The production date code can be found within the rating label. The rating label is located on the back of the unit. Only BPR200 with the white silicone lid gasket are affected.
Why it was recalled
People have been injured because pressure has built up and released unexpectedly when the white lid gasket has been inserted in the wrong orientation, and contrary to the instructions in the manual.
Hazard
Scalding - incorrect fitting of the supplied white lid gasket may result in release of hot liquids.
