Why it was recalled
The dummies do not comply with the Australian mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Babies Dummies and Dummy Chains) Safety Standard 2017' due to inadequate safety information on the packaging.
Hazard
Warning notice instructions were not provided to consumers that dummies should be inspected for damage or weakness before use and that a cord or ribbon attached to a dummy may pose a strangulation hazard.
