Wooden musical toy that contains a bell inside.
Why it was recalled
Affected products do not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The wooden frame can break which can dislodge the bell inside.
Hazard
There is a risk of choking, suffocation or death to young children if they put the dislodged parts into their mouth. Incident has occurred where the toy broke, and the bell came loose.
