Why it was recalled
The inner zip on the bag does not have a child-resistant slide fastener.
Hazard
In contravention of the mandatory safety standard for bean bags, the inner bag is not fitted with a child-resistant slide fastener and may therefore provide access to the polystyrene beads, which pose a potential choking hazard to young children.
