The product does not comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Notice No.4 2006. In particular, the packaging is not marked with the following statement: WARNING DO NOT TIE SOOTHER AROUND BABY'S NECK AS IT PRESENTS A STRANGULATION DANGER.
Hazard
A parent may not realise the danger posed by attaching a soother to the baby's neck.Tying the dummy around a baby's neck may present a strangulation hazard.
