Travel adaptors for use with the below plugs with no power conversion: Europe to Australia - Adaptor EU to Aus/NZ USA to Australia - Adaptor USA to Aus/NZ UK to Australia - Adaptor UK to Aus/NZ Only products with markings '-16' and '-17' are affected by this recall. These markings are on the rear of the adaptor.
Why it was recalled
The adaptors do not meet Australian Electrical Safety Requirements as the plug pins are uninsulated and they do not have the required Australian Regulatory Compliance Mark.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury or death from electric shock from uninsulated plug pins. Risk of property damage if the product catches fire.
