Armadillo Flip and Flip XT strollers are used for children from birth to approximately 4 years of age. Model numbers: Flip (225426100) and Flip XT (225920700).
Why it was recalled
Under certain conditions, when in the parent facing position, a latch may slip and cause the seatback to tip backwards. The seatback tip cannot occur when the infant is in the forward facing position or where a basinet attachment is used.
Hazard
If the safety harness is not used or is incorrectly used, there is the potential for the infant to fall out of the stroller and be injured. No injuries have been recorded to date.
