The Airwalk Reflex scooter is a two-wheeled inline scooter. The scooter was sold in two colour schemes: purple/black and black/gold. Only the Airwalk Reflex scooter identified with item number 41414 is included in this recall. All other Airwalk scooters are not included. Identifying features description Model Number : 41414 Batch code : HE 122013 The model number and batch code can be found on the bottom side of stem connection tube, near the front wheel.
Why it was recalled
There is a possibility of the steering tube breaking under conditions of extreme use.
Hazard
If the defect occurs, the rider may lose control of the scooter, resulting in injury.
