Why it was recalled
In some circumstances the straps on the tower floor mat are deteriorating. This creates a fall hazard. Where the swing set has not been properly anchored to the ground, this may cause the swing set to sway and result in the welding joint of the top bar to fail and the swings may collapse.
Hazard
Falls through the floor mat and from the swings pose an injury hazard to children.
