Why it was recalled
When not in use, and an infant is not secured in the swing or rocker, the restraint straps may dangle below the seat. This may lead to children becoming tangled in the strap.
Hazard
If a child becomes tangled in the strap, they may be strangled. The defect led to the fatality of a child overseas.
