The manufacture date is located on the outside of the cup or the box label. Please see attached list below of manufacturing identification numbers for affected units.
Why it was recalled
The headsets may emit a very loud feedback noise (measured up to 106 dBA) through the headset speakers.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury from permanent tinnitus from the loud feedback noise.
