30x40” Glass Print (Expansion of Previous Recall)

Digital images or artwork printed on 6mm thick bevel edge safety glass, with hanging tracks for hanging the glass prints on walls. Identifying features description Product Number: PC1256. This notification is an expansion of the recall notification undertaken by Fuji Filmon 28 November 2013 (PRA 2013/13875). Previously only products manufactured between certain dates were subject to recall; now FUJIFILM Australia Pty Ltd has decided to recall all 30x40” Glass Prints (PC1256).
Why it was recalled
The J-shaped hanging track fixed to the back of the print may become detached.
Hazard
If the hanging track becomes detached, the print may fall from the wall and create a risk of injury.
